What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?: To be alone in a room full of people
Where would you like to live?: Out of exhaustion: anywhere no one is around
What is your idea of earthly happiness?: Uninterrupted contemplation, unless I meet others who truly, sincerely think for themselves
Who are your favorite heroes of fiction?: Arkady, Astrophil, George, Kathema, etc.
Who are your favorite characters in history?: Socrates, Plato, Seneca, Schopenhauer, P.B. Shelley, Keats, Rimbaud, Dylan Thomas, Ramprasad Das, Swami Vivekananda, Dickens, etc.
Who are your favorite heroines in real life?: I can't say that I actually have any other than poets: Edith Sitwell, Emily Dickenson, Sara Teasdale, Edna St. Vincent Millay
Who are your favorite heroines of fiction?: Cassandra, Dido, etc.
Your favorite musician?: If it must be one in particular then I cannot make a choice
The quality you most admire in a man?: Mentally: Intelligence and conviction; Physically: Butt, legs, smile; Emotionally: A dominating heart
Your favorite virtue?: Love
Your favorite occupation?: Writing -- period!
Who would you have liked to be?: Since the past may be known, and we tend to love best what we know best: Schopenhauer
Your most marked characteristic?: A temper that protects my heart
What do you most value in your friends?: Honestly, true friends are in the mind and not to be sought out in the very thing or things that act naturally unfriendly by their own rule of nature and the earth's tendencies
What is your principle defect?: My temper
What to your mind would be the greatest of misfortunes?: To know anymore that furthers the distance I now feel toward every passer-by on the street and those who also carry my surname
What would you like to be?: I would like to be any such person who is wise and knowledgeable and spiritually tuned that in their life's immediate death there is no returning to any such place as before, now, or ever will be
Who are your favorite prose writers?: Dickens, Dostoyevsky, etc.
Who are your favorite poets?: So many; I have written more earlier
What are your favorite names?: Anton, Julian, Dylan
What is it you most dislike?: People's infectious hate and my reflective repsonses: More so inabality to love
How would you like to die?: As quick and simple as possible
What is your present state of mind?: Depressed
