- To be without a fresh line of thinking.

- In the here and now, with small vacations into yesterday and tomorrow from time to time.

- The heroes of fiction are those which transcend fiction and become real enough to affect and change us.

- I'm often not partial to heroines of fiction, as I feel they are never as developed as the male characters. There never seems to be a balance between an inherent feminine nature and the brute strength of their masculinity.
