What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?: To be victimized/made to feel inferior without my consent (especially by a male).
Where would you like to live?: Los Angeles. Definitely Los Angeles. In (semi) retirement.
What is your idea of earthly happiness?: To exceed every one of my goals and to earn the respect of society.
To what faults do you feel most indulgent?: Single-minded desire at the expense of all else. And lack of respect for authority (non-existent in my mind).
Who are your favorite heroes of fiction?: Women not afraid to achieve their potential and/or gain what they deserved. Foxy Brown, Coffy, etc.
Who are your favorite characters in history?: Queen Hatshepsut, Queen Boudica.
Who are your favorite heroines in real life?: My grandmother, who made it known how she suffered before suffrage.
Who are your favorite heroines of fiction?: I've answered this question.
Your favorite painter?: Georgia O'Keefe
Your favorite musician?: Janis Joplin, maybe Billie Holiday as a close second.
The quality you most admire in a man?: Modesty, wisdom, sense, compassion, empathy.
The quality you most admire in a woman?: Intelligence, independence, self-reliance, boldness, passion
Your favorite virtue?: Justice.
Your favorite occupation?: Providing justice where it is due.
Who would you have liked to be?: Irrelevant. I am who I am, and I intend to do the best possible with what I have been given.
Your most marked characteristic?: Tenacity, boldness. Spunk, maybe?
What do you most value in your friends?: Loyalty, honesty, and trustworthiness.
What is your principle defect?: Rejection of authority; arrogance in the pursuit of independence.
What to your mind would be the greatest of misfortunes?: To have been born male, or to have been born meek. For that matter, to have been born both.
What would you like to be?: Consistently fair, valiant, and true to what is morally sound.

What is it you most dislike?: Submission, injustice, cruelty.
What historical figures do you most despise?: Henri Rousseau, Peter Zohrab (is he historical? immaterial).
What event in military history do you most admire?: The establishment of the Woman's Army Auxiliary Corps in the US in 1941.
What natural gift would you most like to possess?: Mind-reading, or perhaps invisibility.
How would you like to die?: A good 60 or more years older than I am now, after squeezing out every ounce of potential in me.
What is your present state of mind?: Uncomfortably introspective.
