What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?
Stagnant mundanity somewhere boring with no company.
Where would you like to live?
Somewhere with progressive, inclusive politics, a well developed culture, and an aptly educated population that provides ample opportunity for success and happiness.

Sharing my life and experiences with those I love. Experiencing as much of the world as I can, with a mind as open as possible.

What is your principle defect?
Lack of motivation in endeavors that I deem mundane. There are many of these endeavors. I do not count this as a defect. Not counting it as a defect is probably also a defect.

To have never left the small corner of the world where I was born and raised

I don't have one. I like them all

That depends almost wholy on the person I attach them to

Willful ignorance, bigotry, injustice

Hitler
What event in military history do you most admire?
Any in which a native people was able to defend themselves from invaders.

Will power and confidence
How would you like to die?
Satisfied and proud of what I've done and seen. Loved by my friends and family.
What is your present state of mind?
Mostly cold and mildly annoyed at having to be at work. Missing my children, and wishing I were with them and my betrothed somewhere warmer than England in January.
What is your motto?
I personally find adherence to mottos to be limiting and as such I don't have any one motto for any length of time.
