What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?

Sometimes, in the mountains. In the Ozark hills. I guess, when I'm most honest with myself, though, I just want to live near (but not with) the people I love.
What is your idea of earthly happiness?
To have a library full of books and music, in a house in the middle of nowhere, with the one person in the world whom I can't live without.

Judgement--of myself and other people.
