What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?
To be all alone, naked and cold, deprived of ones senses, in excruciating pain and waiting for a death that slowly yet certainly approaches.
Where would you like to live?
In the suburbs of a medium-sized city on a tropical island.
What is your idea of earthly happiness?
Good health, good friends, no financial worries, a roof over your head, good food, plenty of stuff to read, and maybe a nice loving relationship.
To what faults do you feel most indulgent?
Worrying to much.
Who are your favorite heroes of fiction?
There are alot of them I like. But I tend to prefer the ones who are either genuinely nice people or charmingly roguish, even if not neccesarily so nice. I couldn't name a specific one.
Who are your favorite characters in history?
Epicurus is my favourite ancient philosopher. I always had a fascination with Genghis Khan as well, but for different reasons. In more recent history people of science, and people who fought for the rights and progress of others.
Who are your favorite heroines in real life?
Hypatia, Marie Curie, Mary Wollstonecraft. Women who where scientists or who fought for equal rights.
Who are your favorite heroines of fiction?
I like the heroines who aren't primarily there to be some form of fanservice. Who can be sexy without huge amounts of efforts spent on playing up their sexiness. The ones who are defined not by their femininity primarily, but instead by their personality.

M.C.Escher
Your favorite musician?
I prefer more complex music over shallow pop music, but I couldn't tell you more.
The quality you most admire in a man?
Harmlessness, intelligence, reason, beauty.

Harmlessness, intelligence, reason, beauty.

Compassion.
Your favorite occupation?
Reading, drawing.
Who would you have liked to be?
Someone in the future, exporing the stars.
Your most marked characteristic?
A thirst for knowledge.

Loyalty.
What is your principle defect?
An unfortunate tendency towards cowardice.
What to your mind would be the greatest of misfortunes?
To die before your time in a miserable or stupid way.
What would you like to be?
Emperor of the Universe! In the sort of sense where I don't have to be anything but get alot of pay anyway.
What is your favorite color?
A toss-up between blue or green.
What is your favorite flower?
Chrysanthemum, but mostly because I like the name.
What is your favorite bird?
I always thought vultures where pretty neat for a bird that has such a poor reputation. But I think my favourite of all is the crow, because of how clever they are.
Who are your favorite prose writers?
I don't like to play favourites here much, but I do like reading science fiction.
Who are your favorite poets?
I have to admit I can't think of a name.
Who are your heroes in real life?
I'm not much of a hero worshipper I guess. I prefer to make the judgement after they're done doing what they do. But I do admire scientists.

What is it you most dislike?
Fanaticism.
What historical figures do you most despise?
Rather and go with the obvious Hitler or Stalin or such (despicable as they are.) I'll go with types like Jerry Falwell and other religious fanatic agents of intolerance.
What event in military history do you most admire?
Ah, I don't know if the military is a thing to be admired per se. At best its a sad neccesity. But ancient conquerors are still fascinating. In recent history... Now defeating the axis in WWII that WAS admirable.
What natural gift would you most like to possess?
Longevity and aging gracefully. And if it's a pick, luck is nice too.
How would you like to die?
Not at all.
What is your present state of mind?
Contemplative.
What is your motto?
Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. So be prepared.
