What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?: To be hopelessly ignorant.
What is your idea of earthly happiness?: To be perfectly content- with your belongings, with others, with yourself.
To what faults do you feel most indulgent?: My lazy nature.
Who are your favorite heroes of fiction?: Hamlet, Winston Smith come to mind.
Who are your favorite characters in history?: Socrates, Malcolm X
Who are your favorite heroines in real life?: Me. And why not? We're all just everyday heroes and heroines.
Your favorite painter?: Rene Magritte
The quality you most admire in a man?: A..."quiet" personality?
The quality you most admire in a woman?: The ability to stay calm in times of stress.
Your favorite occupation?: Daydreaming
Your most marked characteristic?: A craving for the eccentric and obscure.
What do you most value in your friends?: That they understand the motives behind what I do.
What is your principle defect?: My inability to show emotion. Some see it as cold.
What to your mind would be the greatest of misfortunes?: Missing the perfect opportunity to do something special (and it happens every day!).
What would you like to be?: A friend of yours.
What is your favorite color?: Black.
What is your favorite flower?: The chrysanthemum- because it's so hard to spell correctly.
What is your favorite bird?: The scarlet ibis.
What are your favorite names?: Aiden and David are nice.
What is it you most dislike?: People who are completely intolerant of others. And spiders.
What historical figures do you most despise?: Now that you mention it, I suppose Pol Pot wasn't so great...
What event in military history do you most admire?: April 19, 1775- the Battles of Lexington and Concord
What natural gift would you most like to possess?: Perfect pitch (or do I already have it?).
How would you like to die?: Only in the movies.
What is your present state of mind?: Guilty over my own potential hubris.
What is your motto?: Huh. That's interesting.
